Q: When I print out my report the text characters are drawn across adjacent columns and into the bar chart area. What can I do to correct this?
A: There are a number of possibilities. First that the orientation of the report is wrong for the printer page - you have generated a landscape style report but printed it out on a portrait piece of paper (the overdrawing will affect the entire report page); you should change the setting on the Output tab of the report mask to select one of the portrait paper sizes. If the overdrawing affects the task descriptions then it could be that the text values are too long or contain all (or a high poportion) of upper-case characters - this may affect other data values as well; you should change descriptions to use predominantly lower case characters. If you wish to use long taskdescriptions then you should use the Report Wizard to design a report style that allows for the extra width of the text.
