Q: I had to reinstall Hornet Windmill on my PC but it will not accept the access code number I was given. Why?

A: All access codes for use with demonstration and evaluation systems are issued with a time limit set for their usage and this has now been exceeded. You will need to contact Hornet Support for a new code. If your Hornet Windmill system was supplied with a security key then you do not need to use the access codes.
