Q: I have been using Hornet 5000i to produce graphical style reports but have recently installed a new printer. I cannot find a driver for this printer - how can I get the reports produced?
A: Hornet 5000i used a DOS system of GSS Drivers to produce graphical reports. The system of GSS Drivers has not been developed with Hornet for some time now and no new DOS Drivers are available; you must use the Windows drivers supplied with the printer. You have two options: install a copy of GraWin on your system which will allow you to view and print any graphical Hornet reports on a Windows device; or upgrade your entire Hornet 5000i system to Hornet Windmill which supports all Windows printer devices.
